It is the time of the year that we are starting several seasons- Holidays, New Beginnings and the 2024 Softball Adventure. One of our responsibilities is to help cover the Concessions for the Booster Club, which adds to our share of Travel Monies for the season. This is our next opportunity. Carrying that wonderful smile with us…So thankful to have a teammate like her. 

Must unfortunately come to an end.   A challenging year with the weather and finding ourselves but a cohesive supportive team and it all gelled at the end. A very strong finish in the Region Tournament, but even more important was the belief and perseverance in each and every one. In the words of Arnold -“We will be back!!”  On to summer ball and the chance to improve our skills more and maybe see the sun.

First – we have received an incredible donation from AC/DC Electric to support our power needs at the Field. This will be a multi year addition to our program!!!!  Please thank them profusely

Second- BOTB is being reworked at the moment because of a cancellation from Eielson. Stay tuned

This is a “crunch time” to prepare for our first home game in 9 days and Bash on the Bay tournament in 11 days. We have muddy fields, no infrastructure and lots of work to make us presentable to the teams coming in. Unfortunately, the team will be gone  this week and I will not be available for administrative direction,  There will be work days on April 30th and May 1st. -and whatever troops we can gather on May 2nd and 3rd. 

After six weeks of indoor practice the season is about to crash over us. We still have much field work to do but will be travelling for games next week, then returning to JGP for two weeks of steady games. We need lots of volunteer and parental support for our initial tournament this year- The Bash on the Bay.  Please sign up here

A good start to the season with new players. Looking forward to Spring Break week 2 for all that can make it and then we get serious on the 13th of May. Hang on, it is going to be a wild one. 

The time has finally come to stir everyone into the mix and see what team we make. It will be full of surprise, joy, challenge and laughter.  It all depends on the ingredients, the recipe and the stirring and, of course, the right amount of baking. One of the best times of the year as the possibilities and dreams are limitless.
