We are Growing

Palmer High School – the Moose- will be joining the Northern Lights Conference this year taking us to 6 Teams. Homer will be going to Sitka for a 4-6 team tournament on Easter Weekend.  Looks to be an exciting season as we are in pursuit of our Four-Peat on the Region Championship.

Winter Plans

Schedule for teams is close to finished- See varsity Schedule and assume that JV is very similar. Hannah is in Dome on Tuesdays and Thursdays after School. I am in the Dome on Sundays by request. MJ is at ATR after school for you to get in shape and muscle up – check with GG, AB, DH. This can be the year if you all believe and work for it.

In the Books

Another Great Season in the books. Second in the Conference but Swept the Region Championships. Best finish at state in years, getting fourth with the understanding we have a young team that will all be back but one. Lots of work ahead in this beautiful summer and over the winter to hone skills, build passion and hold our focus. Thanks from me for lots of memories, smiles and amazing moments.

Congratulations to the Mariner Team for the third Region Championship, battling tough teams, weather- showing resiliency, grit and tremendous support for each other. What a great group of players. on to the State Tournament, stay tuned
